Tariro Nussinov

Research Assistant

Tariro is currently a graduate student at Columbia University pursuing her master's degree in the Advanced Clinical Practice track with a focus in contemporary social issues. She is interested in the ways social cognition and critical consciousness impact racial identity development. Tariro graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2016. In her free time she likes to read, write, and hike. Tariro will be applying to doctoral programs for Fall 2020.

I am interested in the ways social cognition and critical consciousness impact racial identity development.My other research interests seek to further understand the dynamics of implicit bias, emotions, and expressive behavior related to race and its implications."
